We're looking for a Finance & Accounting to lead our finance operations in Thailand. You'll be responsible for ensuring our financial health, maintaining compliance with all regulations, and strategically optimizing our financial processes. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team, drive efficiency, and contribute to our overall business growth
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, FCCA) highly preferred.
- Over 5 years in finance/accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within an international organization. Experience in 3PL/international freight is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record in people management, team building, and driving organizational change. Excellent written and spoken English with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Hands-on, analytical, highly responsible, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and a proactive learner
