We are looking for an experienced SMT Quality Supervisor to establish and manage the quality control system across SMT, PCB Assembly, and Box Build Assembly. This role is vital for ensuring that all products meet customer and regulatory standards, while maintaining effective inspection and quality reporting processes throughout the entire electronics manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the setup and organization of the SMT Quality team • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures across SMT, PCB Assembly, and Box Build • Supervise the quality inspection team and manage tools like AOI, SPI, X-ray, and visual/manual inspection • Handle internal quality issues, customer complaints, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) • Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence • Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and other relevant standards • Support incoming inspection, in-process audits, and final inspection activities • Maintain quality records, generate reports, and participate in customer audits or certifications • Train and coach inspectors, technicians, and line staff on quality awareness

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai nationality
Minimum 5 years of experience in SMT or electronics assembly quality control
Strong knowledge of inspection standards, tools, and techniques
Experience in managing quality teams and processes in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with SMT, PCBA, and final assembly quality requirements
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with root cause analysis, 8D reports, and quality system audits
Basic English communication is a plus
