รายละเอียดงาน
- Coordinate production-related documents and data with departments such as Warehouse, QC-QA, Engineering.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, material requisition forms, and job orders.
- Assist with translation and communication in Chinese with Chinese-speaking staff or suppliers.
- Verify and input accurate production data into the system or reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, preparing documents, and sending internal communication.
- Assist the Production Supervisor/Manager in daily tasks as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Chinese Language, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Chinese communication (Speaking / Reading / Writing) is required.
- Good computer skills, especially in MS Excel, Word; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience in production administration or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with various departments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
