รายละเอียดงาน
1.Test and evaluate new products in the washing machine category to ensure performance, safety, and quality.
2.Review and monitor testing at all stages of new product development, including prototypes, trial production, and initial production. Prepare testing plans, track progress, evaluate results, and assess risks before product launch.
3.Work with different departments to promote quality improvement projects for new washing machines.
4.Prepare and update testing guidelines and participate in revising product and testing standards.
5.Introduce new testing tools and equipment, and coordinate with R&D teams to develop and improve testing standards.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product testing, quality control, or new product development, ideally within the home appliance industry.
- Strong knowledge of home appliances structure, performance testing, and reliability evaluation methodologies.
- Proven experience in testing electrical appliance products, with a solid understanding of product functionality and safety requirements.
- Familiarity with international and industry-specific testing standards and procedures.
- Ability to analyze test data, identify product risks, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, with strong technical documentation and reporting skills.
- Capable of working independently, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
