- Define sales and marketing objectives, develop effective strategies to achieve those goals, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with the business plan.
Team Management
- Supervise and support the sales and marketing teams, build a high-performing team, and continuously enhance staff capabilities.
Market and Competitor Analysis
- Study market trends, analyze relevant data, and track competitor activities to refine business strategies accordingly.
Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners to maximize sales opportunities.
Product Development
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products that meet market demands and enhance competitiveness.
Performance Reporting
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, analyze data, and present performance outcomes to senior management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Background in medical products or other related industries is preferred.
- Strong planning, management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership ability with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams, and collaborate effectively with others.
- Solid understanding of business operations, market dynamics, statistical data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in leading sales and marketing teams.
