Hampton Marketing is a rapidly expanding digital marketing and creative performance agency based in Phuket, Thailand, serving both domestic and international clients. We specialize in data-driven social media, PPC, influencer outreach, web, and design services. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and love delivering results, we want you on our close-knit team! In this role, you’ll spearhead social media strategies and campaign execution for our diverse brand portfolio. Skills you must require to apply •You must be fluent in English and Thai (both in writing and speaking). •Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). •Experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads; Google Ads is a plus). •Ability to create engaging content calendars and copywriting tailored to brand voice. •Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting data, generating reports, and optimizing campaigns. •Proficiency in Canva, or basic design tools (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). •A good team player with excellent communication and project management skills. What you will accomplish together with us •Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms. •Create engaging, on-brand content (text, image, video) in collaboration with our design team. •Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and report on results to improve engagement and growth. •Manage social media ad campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization. •Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Bonus points if you can: •Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks). •Manage influencer collaborations.

  1. Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken) — essential for creating bilingual content, responding to audiences, and reporting to clients.
  2. Proven experience managing social media platforms — deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), including best practices for each.
  3. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (preferred) — able to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms.
  4. Strong content planning and copywriting skills — ability to develop creative content calendars and write captions that align with brand tone and drive engagement.
  5. Analytical mindset — confident using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
  6. Proficiency in basic design tools — comfortable using Canva or similar (Adobe Creative Suite a plus) to collaborate with design teams or create quick assets.

  10. Experience in managing influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns — bonus points for candidates who have successfully coordinated partnerships or influencer activations.
