As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be the key man to assure the quality products are passed the company's guidelines before sending them to the next process. Our ideal candidate must be familiar with the industry’s rules, standards and regulations. You will be assigned to Operation Manager who will support, give advice, and challenge you to improve along the way. Job Responsibilities - Inspect clients’ paperwork and the sales team’s processes to ensure all necessary documents are received and every step is followed. - Communicate with and consult the sales team regarding underwriting requirements, required documents, and contracts, and provide support to ensure full compliance with all company procedures, policies, and regulations. - Check the quality of documents to ensure accuracy in accordance with company procedures and processes. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Experience in leasing, credit, or insurance business is preferred (new graduates are also welcome)
Strong negotiation skills
Service-minded attitude
Excellent communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Able to work well under pressure
Proficient in G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs)
