1. Train and advise operators on related business operations and prepare operational manuals for each module system.
2. Design and prepare various business data statistics reports for each department.
3. Review the performance of positions related to ERP and MES systems in each department and warehouse, and provide advice or communication on operational issues or business processes.
4. Modify and revoke system access rights according to changes in personnel operating in each department to ensure data security.
5. Regularly report performance results to ERP and MES project managers.
6. Design and develop according to the specific needs of each department to suit their business needs (Customized Development)
