รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:
1. Interpret between Burmese and Chinese (Mandarin) in both verbal and written forms to support communication between management and Burmese workers.
2. Provide interpretation during meetings, training sessions, interviews, and other company activities.
3. Assist with HR-related tasks such as interviews, onboarding, termination processes, and documentation for foreign workers.
4. Support communication between HR, production departments, and Burmese employees.
5. Advise Burmese workers on company rules, regulations, and general workplace matters.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Burmese, Thai, or other nationality with fluency in both Burmese and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Able to speak, read, and write in both Burmese and Chinese. (Thai language ability is a plus.)
- Responsible, trustworthy, and a good team player.
- Experience in factories or working with foreign labor is an advantage.
