รายละเอียดงาน
1. Prepare 2D drawing for approval (Ref.3D)
2. Design Jig Fixture
3. Prepare component part drawing
4. Design process of New Model
5. Prepare document APQP, QCPD,Prodess Flow,FMEA
6. Join the tooling New Model
7. Follow up and delivery result tooling testing and deliveries to the relevant department
8. Connect and follow test result, test spec refers customer standard
9. Analyze and solve problems in production process related to engineering
10. Development, Kaizen, VAVE activity
11. Other tasks assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/ Female Age 28-35 years
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or any Engineering related field.
- Have working experience at least 5 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/MS Office/ AutoCAD/ 3D and 2D drawing programs/Inventor
- High attention to details and problem-solving.
- Experience in automotive business will be an advantage.
- English skill: Conversational Level
- Ability to work in a team and collaborative skill.
- Experience in PPAP/APQP/QCPD/FMEA/MSA.
- Testing design and development experience is preferred
- Elevating urgency & timeliness of root cause identification issue resolution and project implementation.
- Proactively/Vigilant Engineering Change Management. Robust action plans to achieve change closure.
- Knowledge of ISO:9001 ISO:14001 IATF 16949
