รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop and implement material planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize production delays.
2. Analyze demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory data to identify potential supply chain issues and develop solutions.
3. Collaborate closely with demand management, manufacturing, quality, warehousing, and transportation teams to address finished goods issues and consumption pattern deviations.
4. Lead the monthly demand forecasting process and ensure alignment with sales, marketing, and supply chain plans.
5. Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectiveness.
6. Manage inventory targets including safety stock and reorder points, considering supply lead times and logistical constraints.
7. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
8. Support new product launches by providing accurate demand forecasts and inventory planning.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or supply chain operations within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics
- Ability to analyze historical sales data, identify trends, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply planning teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams to align on demand plans.
