รายละเอียดงานSeller onboarding and training is the role that is responsible for supporting sellers on product listing creation and to train the seller after they have been acquired to the platform
For this role the agent will be responsible for:
- Coordination with seller and related parties to support seller onboarding process incl. recording of information
- Seller training after onboarding to create understanding of how to use platform and get to understand all the basic information
- Manage end-to-end seller onboarding ; Support sellers with account setup, KYC verification, product uploads, pricing, and logistics configuration
- Collaborate with internal teams ; Work closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to optimize seller performance.
