Warehouse Manager

รายละเอียดงาน
-Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, delivery.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
-Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet productivity and quality goals.
-Ensure the proper use of warehouse space, equipment, and resources.
-Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and best practices.
-Identify areas for cost savings and process enhancements.
-Coordinate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, production) to optimize workflow.
-Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
-Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
-Ensure all documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) is complete and accurate.
-Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
-Ensure warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
-Conduct safety training and enforce safety procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Working location at Bangplee, Samutprakarn
- Able to work alternative Saturday.
