- Lead the planning and execution of the construction project for Zenni's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Thailand, ensuring alignment with the company's vision of pioneering future manufacturing methods and technologies
- Incorporate new and leading manufacturing technologies and principles into the facility's design, optimizing layout and workflow to enhance efficiency and productivity from the ground up
- Navigate local laws, regulations, and permitting processes to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance throughout all phases of construction, maintaining a proactive approach to address any challenges that may arise
- Oversee the implementation of automated manufacturing lines and lean principles within the facility's construction, integrating these features seamlessly to support agile and cost-effective production processes
- Drive the development of a facility blueprint that reflects Zenni's commitment to innovation and sustainability, with a focus on adaptable infrastructure to accommodate future growth and evolution
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to manage construction timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, prioritizing transparency and communication to deliver a world-class manufacturing facility on schedule and within budget

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing the construction of complex industrial facilities, demonstrating expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Extensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Thailand, with experience navigating government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success and resolve issues promptly
- Understanding and respect for diversity and inclusion
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency speaking English, Thai, and Mandarin or Cantonese
- Unwavering attention to detail and organizational finesse
- Experience with the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation systems to ensure the facility aligns with modern industry standards and practices
- LEAN, Six Sigma and/or ISO certification are highly desired.
