Job Title: General Purchase Officer
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Purpose of the job:
► Responsibility for Purchasing functions for the local and oversea source.
Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
► Receive and review purchase requisitions, ensure completeness and accuracy or the information and review questionable items with user of the requisition as required.
► Set and manage procurement plan to comply with production planning and material warehousing & inventory
► Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality standard, proper delivery timeline and reasonable price.
► Work closely with team to ensure that materials and other resources are sufficient to meet customer demand and maximize company profitability.
► Work closely and advise the warehousing, materials control for materials delivery date.
► Provide counseling or take disciplinary actions as and when are required.
► Work closely with engineering, quality, production and material control to support the operations to establish standard and to solve any quality problems that results during the performance of the purchase order.
► Knowledge and understanding of ISO standards that company had certified and others standard as customer requirement.
► Other assigned duties
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment purchasing experience
- Computer literally and good communication skill (Good in English writing, listening, reading and speaking)
- Sound leadership and firm, complex problem solving techniques, ERP, SAP, etc.
- Pleasant personality, self-driven, sharp and initiatives, less dependent on supervision
- Knowledge of ISO standard
