1.Oversee import and export operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with KPIs.
2.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in both sales and service.
3.Manage and nurture team performance.
4.Build a high-performing team with continuous training and development systems.
5.Monitor departmental income and expenses.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding, particularly in Import/Export, Sea & Air Freight.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience managing CS/Operations teams of at least 3–5 people.
- In-depth knowledge of import/export documentation.
- Solid understanding of Incoterms and international customs regulations.
- Proficient in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, especially under time constraints.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility.
- Business-minded with the ability to analyze costs and profits.
- Comprehensive knowledge in end-to-end logistics is a plus.
