รายละเอียดงาน
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for daily product quality performance. Reporting of non-conformance.
2. Provide technical assistance for any product quality acceptance and Quality Management System (QMS) compliant.
3. Understand blueprint and managed to interpret requirement.
4. Work with New Product Introduction (NPI) team on establishing quality criteria for new products covering incoming, intermediate, and final inspection.
5. Create documents e.g., Inspection Plan, First Article Inspection Report, Quality Procedure, Work Instruction, etc.
6. Carry out CMM programming for inspection of parts.
7. Conduct Quality audit.
8. Be a part of cross functional team for PFMEA.
9. Maintain and ensure validation of calibration status of all Measurement and Testing Equipment (M&T E).
10. Monitor and report on Manufacturing key performance indicators (KPI)
11. Lead and Coordinate with cross functional team to solving quality problem based on 8D technical
12. Support Quality Manager to manage a Quality performance of supplier.
13. Establish and carryout the activity of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) when required.
14. Filing of inspection report and/or Certificate of Conformance (COC).
15. Follow local legislations and company safety rules/regulations.
16. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality or Engineering job function in precision manufacturing industry. New graduates are also welcomed.
- Graduated bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, Material, Industrial or Aerospace are preferred)
- Experience in QMS of ISO 9001, IATF16949, AS9100, or NADCAP is preferred.
- Proficient with CMM programmer PC-DMIS and/or Quartis is preferred.
- Knowledge in Quality core tools (APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and GD&T
- Strong communication skill. Native speaker of Thai, and good communication in English
- Able to use common measurement equipment such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Able to read, interpret and understand engineering drawing, customer specification and requirement, and other specifications.
