รายละเอียดงาน
1. Lead Logistic and supply chain management activities
2. Drive analysis and improvement of warehouse operations
3. Draft and propose optimization's for tooling, equipment and storage layout
4. Lead the design and analysis of KPI's related to warehouse operations
5. Prepare improvement proposals and presentation them to relevant department and management
6. Manage projects such as layout changes or system implementation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Gender : Either
- Age : 27 -32 yrs
- Engineering Bachelor Degree in Logistic, Industrial or any related fields
- 5 - 10 years' experience in Logistic or Warehouse Management
- Able to act as a leader in implementing activities in the warehouse department
- Improve and standardize inventory control in the spare parts room
- Coordinate and negotiate with other departments (Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.)
- Provide guidance, training and enforce standardized work among warehouse operators
- Plan and promote 5S and Safety initiatives within the warehouse
- Pro-actively identify issues and propose solutions in addition to handling assignments from Supervisors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to create layout drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar software (preferred)
- Leadership skill to identify issues and pro-actively lead improvements
- Strong presentation skills for both shop floor and management level audiences
