▪ Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
▪ Reporting Solutions: Create and manage complex reports using JasperReports to meet business needs.
▪ Requirement Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
▪ Team Collaboration: Cascade information, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to ensure alignment with project goals.
▪ Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security through code reviews and best practices.
▪ Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
▪ Agile Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs and microservices. Hands-on experience with JasperReports for designing and generating reports.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and break down complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and cascade information to the development team.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Experience in Finance/Accounting related development is a plus***
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
