รายละเอียดงาน
•Lead the development and enhancement of corrugated paper packaging products.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, sales, and marketing to bring new products to market.
•Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for product innovation.
•Evaluate and select appropriate paper materials for product performance and cost-effectiveness.
•Manage product lifecycle from concept through commercialization.
•Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability practices.
•Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.
•Monitor competitor products and industry developments to maintain competitive advantage.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Packaging Technology, Materials Science, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development within the corrugated paper or related packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of corrugated paper properties, manufacturing processes, and applications.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and innovation.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
