Profit calculate:
Calculate one parcel sent into network, BEST & Franchise income and cost.
Policy Formulation:
It is necessary to issue a policy acceptable to franchisees, vanders or couriers, which should guarantee the profits of franchisees while taking into the costs of the headquarters.
Cost Control:
Develop a model to monitor the money wasted on a parcel during the entire routing process.
Data Analysis:
Analyze the root cause of a certain KPI not meeting the standard.
Find feasible paths to achieve this KPI.
If the KPI cannot be achieved, it is necessary to revise the KPI.
Analyze the profit and loss situation of each express station, conduct in-depth research on the profit and loss situation, find out the areas where losses can be reduced, and figure out how to increase revenue if the losses cannot be reduced.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Be able to handle data with great care and ensure that the logic behind the data presented each time is clearly understood.
- . Have certain logistics experience, preferably with working experience at the headquarters of a logistics company.
- Experience in designing KPIs and SOPs for others
- Have fluent spoken English communication skills
- If can speake Chinese, at least Chinese HSKK (mid level) or HSK 5 level. (Not necessary）
