We are looking for sales assistants to help our newly rebranded projects. We are a real
estate developer in Pattaya looking to hire qualified individuals with great communication
and sales demonstration skills to work in multiple showrooms.
Roles and Responsibilities: หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบ
You will first be trained by our current sales representatives. Once trained, you will be
responsible for daily tasks such as greeting visitors, showing and taking pictures of units,
following sales representive's schedule, giving basic introduction of our projects including
answering sales or rental enquiries.
Probation period is 3 months.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 24-37 years old
- Be able to work as a team
- Be able to use Microsoft Office: preferably Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Be able to speak two of these languages: Thai, English, Russian, Chinese
- Be able to make/edit/publish video clips
- Familiar with Thai banking system and various payment methods
- Familiar with Thai working environment
- Is a holder of valid Thai driving license
- Other computer skills such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom will be considered
