รายละเอียดงาน
• Review and Revise documented.
• Monitoring tool decide for to compliance with the standard.
• Lead standardization of Tool Maker in term of operation, setting up, adjusting and preventive maintenance program. Improve lead time all activities.
• Solving and analysis and solution.
• Review and control drawing
• To participate and support new project development, troubleshooting of Process to meet schedule.
• Overall responsibility for continuous improvement activities.
• Cost reduction on consumable parts. Best utilize with concern production quality.
• Analyze and perform to production capacity improvement.
• Process Maintenance activity plan for tooling performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male in an age between 22 - 35 years old. Over 2 year’s relative experience.
- University degree with Mechanical, Tool Engineering or related background.
- Good written English. Be able to use Auto CAD, Solid Work .
- Experienced in metal stamping, logo work and name tags.
- Have basic knowledge of Lean /5S /Kaizen / Six Sigma System
- Able to plan and control production at a basic.
- Experience in process analysis and improvement (Process Improvement).
- Tool and process design creativity.
- Manufacturing process knowledge including milling, turning, and grinding is an asset.
- Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Skill in communicating with cross-functional teams, customers, and other external constituencies.
- Careful with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of ISO or IATF manufacturing standards.
