2.Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, performance, etc.) in physical and digital formats.
3.Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws.
4.Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development, and performance appraisal activities.
5.Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters and company policies.
6.Assist with payroll data preparation and benefits administration.
7.Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
8.Liaise with government or regulatory agencies when necessary.
9.Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management.
