Responsibilities;-
- Provide technical support to sales team and customer.
- Pre-sale and post-sale process.
- Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers to identify optimal solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Review and prepare technical documents, proposals and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer needs.
- Conduct research on new technologies and innovations to propose suitable solutions that meet evolving market and customer demands.
- Have experience in technical support and sales work related to robots.
- Able to work in other provinces on occasion and join customer meetings with the sales team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics & AI
- 1-3 years of experience working with foreign partners
- Able to communicate in English at a good level
- Proficient in using MS Office programs and AutoCAD
- Can drive a car and have a driver’s license
