Key Responsibilities:
•Lead multi-service operations teams, including third-party suppliers, using a coaching approach.
•Oversee TTP BKK site operations, with support from TTP RY.
•Drive cost-efficient operations and monitor key performance metrics.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and company regulations.
•Manage site budgets, including variable and discrete components, and maintain P&L.
•Identify and mitigate operational risks while upholding ethics and compliance.
•Deliver facility services, infrastructure, and projects in line with strategic site development plans.
•Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and service providers.
•Represent the site in governance forums and contract reviews.
•Ensure training, development, and succession planning are in place for site staff.
•Lead recruitment, performance management, and business continuity initiatives.
•Use the Client for Life process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
•Understand and meet all contractual and client expectations.
•Interpret financial reports and ensure adherence to budget plans.
•Align HR practices with Sodexo policies across the site team.
•Report to the Operations Director on financial, operational, and personnel matters.
•Manage vendors and contractors, including tender evaluations and assessments.
•Maintain and enforce site-specific SOPs to reduce risk.
•Participate in regular client meetings to review progress and address issues.
•Conduct disciplinary actions per company policy when necessary.
