รายละเอียดงาน
• Create 2D/3D drawing.
• Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction workflow processes and priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to meet the requirements successfully.
• Troubleshoot any BIM-related issues.
• Contribute to documenting, disseminating, and monitoring standards, best practices, and industry advancements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine designs
• Ensure that models are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications
• Incorporate data and information into models, such as cost estimates, material specifications, and scheduling information
• Generate reports and visualizations from models to communicate design information to stakeholders
• Continuously update and refine models as project requirements change
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in BIM within the engineering and construction business.
- Must understand well about construction sequences and timelines; must understand the progress of the construction phase.
- Flexibility with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and learn new skills.
- Autodesk certification and Professional license an advantage.
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit or related program
- Knowledge of building design principles and construction methods
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 19650 and PAS 1192-2.

– Fixed allowances 7,100 THB (Accommodation 4,000 THB + Site 2.500 THB + Telephone 600 THB
– Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
– Bonus 2 months (average)

ㆍTOEIC Allowance (valid within 2 year)
- If tested TOEIC over 700+, provide TOEIC Allowance 5,000 THB/month.
- If tested TOEIC over 900+, provide TOEIC Allowance 10,000 THB/month.
- Must renew every 2 years to secure the allowance
-the TOEIC soore can be subrit at all times, the cutoff date is 15th of every month. If submit the score during o5 of the months,the language allowance will be paid on that month)
