2.Conduct new employee orientation programs and oversee employee welfare and benefits.
3.Prepare payroll, personal income tax filings, social security contributions, and related forms (e.g., PND.1).
4.Administer documentation and contracts, ensuring systematic filing and record-keeping.
5.Oversee timekeeping control and ensure accurate payroll calculation for all employees.
6.Maintain and supervise the employee database and administer the company’s HR systems, including time attendance, leave management, and employment certificates.
7.Oversee occupational health and safety compliance, as well as maintenance of office facilities and utilities.
8.Manage procurement activities related to administrative functions.
9.Handle labor relations and coordinate employee engagement activities.
10.Plan and organize company events and initiatives to foster a positive working environment and promote strong organizational relationships.
11.Prepare and submit monthly summary reports to management.
12.Manage the application and renewal of various relevant licenses and permits.
13.Coordinate effectively with both internal and external agencies.
14.Perform other duties as assigned.
