Role Overview
- Inspire students (Nursery–Year 6) to love reading.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming library space.
- Promote literature across genres, cultures, and formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Library Operations: Manage daily functions; keep resources organized and accessible.
- Reading Culture: Foster enthusiasm for reading and diverse literature.
- Collection Development: Curate a wide range of books and digital materials representing global voices.
- Curriculum Support: Work with teachers to align library resources with classroom learning.
- Student Engagement: Recommend books based on interest and reading level.
- Events: Lead book fairs, author visits, reading challenges, and storytelling sessions.
- Community Link: Communicate with parents and involve the wider community.
- Technology: Integrate digital tools to support research and ethical use of information.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Library Science, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a school library, ideally within a British or international setting.
- Strong knowledge of children’s literature, including international and inclusive titles.
- Skilled in library systems, organization, and digital literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Creative, flexible, and enthusiastic about making reading fun.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn about Thai education and culture.
