รายละเอียดงาน-Provides front desk coverage and greets and welcomes guests as soon as they arrive at the office with professional.
- Arrange the meeting room and equipment ready to work.
-Maintain office security by safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk (monitor logbook). And keep logs of all guest interactions and follow up as necessary.
-Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
-Support all teams for mailing/courier to receive documents / goods and other deliveries. Including filling out any paperwork necessary for goods after receipt and ensuring no damaged items. Including contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified.
-Managing administrative support (office supplies, IT equipment, Car Parking, maintenance electric equipment etc.)
- Coordinate with the housekeeper for cleaning areas.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Contract 1 Year ( Renewal. )
Working Hours 9.00 A.M -18.00 P.M
