รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop environmental solutions and provide expert advice on compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and international standards to minimize environmental impacts and prevent non-compliance.
- Lead the development and implementation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for new projects, business modifications, and engineering initiatives.
- Establish and implement environmental health standards, requirements, solutions, and strategies for project studies and designs.
- Manage the process for obtaining environmental government permits and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Drive the integration of sustainability strategies across Daikin’s business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee and monitor sustainability initiatives to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve defined sustainability targets. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics.
- Ensure alignment of sustainability-related activities across different functions to promote synergy and avoid duplication.
- Support the implementation of sustainability and ESG policies, processes, and related activities across the organization.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, political science, economics, environmental issues, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate sustainability-related work (direct corporate experience preferred over regulatory/assessor or consultancy role).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in the environmental field. Good knowledge of Carbon Neutrality
- Proficiency in English Communication.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental and health standards, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage complex situations.
- Experience in upskilling and training employees at all levels on Sustainability-related topics, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and incorporating sustainability into workflow processes.
