Responsibilities
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and technical constraints.
•Translating software requirements into highly specified project briefs.
•Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
•Create and maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, design, and implementation, ensuring clarity and traceability.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners, to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
•Design and implement RESTful APIs and SQL databases to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions; familiarity with NoSQL databases is considered a plus.
•Planning and working flexibly to deadlines.
•Supporting users on troubleshooting, system updates or change control to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve our software development processes.
•Design end-to-end solution architecture and workflows including API design, sequence diagrams, and system interaction flow.
•Take ownership in creating technical solution documents and leading system analysis workshops with cross-functional teams.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Age not above 35 years old.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in the software development industry.
- Certification in System Analysis or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Thai (both spoken and written) is preferred.
- Proven experience in hands-on system analysis, including designing sequence diagrams, API contracts, and translating requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Knowledge on APIs technology and integration (RESTful, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience with database technologies, such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Good presentation skills
- Flexibility to work onsite in Bangkok as required and the ability to work effectively in a remote work setting.
- Experience in designing and documenting RESTful APIs using tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI is highly desirable.
