รายละเอียดงาน
-Technical Expertise & Training
1. Deliver in-depth product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to Customer
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clinical questions, troubleshooting, and after‑sales support.
-Sales & Market Support
1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop territory-specific strategies, identify key accounts, and drive product uptake.
2. Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry conferences to gather market insights and expand our professional network.
3. Prepare and present white papers and application notes to demonstrate product value.
- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
1. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, Thai FDA) for nuclear medicine products.
2. Assist in documentation for product registrations, technical file updates, and post‑market surveillance activities.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
1. Work closely with marketing to develop promotional materials, technical collateral, and training modules.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiological Sciences, Medical Physics, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience in nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, or imaging equipment support is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of radiopharmaceuticals, PET/CT and SPECT/CT systems, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for handling, transporting, and administering radiopharmaceuticals.
- Experience preparing dossiers for product registration and maintaining ISO/GMP documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Thai is a plus.
- Proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear, engaging manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to visit overseas suppliers for training sessions or events.
- Ability to adapt and respond to urgent requests, including occasional after‑hours support.
- Having a personal vehicle is an advantage.
