Schedule & Compensation
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• 15,000 THB per month to start + lead generation bonus / project completion bonus.
The Role
This is a very hands-on, learn quick, do multiple things, serve espressos & smoothies while researching & Cold Calling, while being incredibly organized. One minute you’re dialling in a perfect flat white for a visiting filmmaker; the next you’re locking a calendar, chasing an invoice, or cold-calling a lead for our production arm. It’s operational jiu-jitsu: quick, precise, decisive.
What You’ll Tackle
• Run a spotless brew bar and keep guests talking—cannabis, crypto, storytelling, whatever lights them up
• Maintain daily task boards and close every loop—vendors, deliveries, invoices, inventory
• Prospect new business—calls, walk-ins, networking events—then nurture the lead until it pays off
• Jump on one-off fires: equipment hiccups, last-minute shoots, pop-up events
What We’re Looking For
• Fluent English + Thai
• Relentlessly organised—lists, labels, colour-coded calendars because chaos is kryptonite
• Outgoing and proactive—if a problem blocks the path, you move it without being asked
• Deep curiosity for cannabis, film production, commercials, crypto, sales, and cold outreach
• Disposition toward self-improvement: you train, you eat well, you read, you level up
• Philosophical fit: Nietzschean ownership, Jocko-style discipline, Goggins-grade resilience, Hormozi’s numbers-first clarity
