- Implement and continually improve the company’s operational strategies, procedures and policies. - Oversee daily operations across all locations to ensure adherence to company standards, customer satisfaction and overall performance. - Financial analysis and management of store level sales, expenses, cost controls (P&L). - Manage new store openings in line with company expansion plans. - Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance in a positive work environment. - Oversee a large number of staff and ensure effective training and development with systematic monitoring and appraisals of staff performance. - Ensure all stores are well maintained, audited and comply with all applicable licenses and regulations. - Collaborate and integrate with all other departments to maximize efficiency and performance (HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Leasing)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Candidate would ideally possess a bachelor’s degree in operations management or food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Proven experience in management, operations, and leadership in the F&B industry for at least 5 years.
Proven experience in managing brand operations across more than 20 branches. Start up experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai, enabling effective collaboration across multiple departments, including coordination with the Southeast Asia Headquarters.
Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and Excel.
Exceptional levels of adaptability and resilience to work in a rapidly growing, challenging and demanding environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
