รายละเอียดงาน
1. Provide day-to-day general IT support both online channel and walk-in
2. Dispatch jobs to a related person via IT ticket system including
handle/monitor and follow up until completing tickets in SLA.
3. Support users on office equipment at station
4. Set up and prepare IT devices and laptops (MacBook and Windows
laptops) and securely wipe all data from returned laptops
5. Prepare and ensure that meeting room devices and workstation work
smoothly.
6. Perform other tasks and projects assigned by supervisor or hiring manager
(including but not limited to processing documents, providing trainings to employees, etc.)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent plus professional qualifications in IT area is preferable.
- At least 1 year solid experience in IT support or IT Helpdesk
- Proficiency in iOS and Microsoft platforms, as well as common desktop applications on Mac and Windows.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
