รายละเอียดงาน1.Oversee the receiving, warehousing and maintenance operations of raw material, ingredient, packaging and finish good to comply with the various of requirements such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal and etc.
2.Setup the physical layout of raw material, ingredient, packaging and finish good as well as setup bin location in ERP system and ensure efficient space utilization and according to the quality system.
3.Initiate, define and enforce the optimal operational policies and procedures.
4.Manage the stock control and reconcile between the physical stock and the ERP system in order to support the traceability system.
5.Define the system for inspecting the transportation of raw material and finished product to comply with the various of requirements such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal and etc. And liaise with relevant department in case of problems encountered in order to notify and follow up solutions from suppliers or transportation companies.
6.Control the preparation, issuing and distribution of raw material, ingredient and finished product distribution to comply with the various of requirements such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal and etc.
7.Control and inspecting the hygienic condition and cleanliness in process accordance with the quality manual of various system such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal and etc. for certification.
8.Participate to be the committee and internal monitored person such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal and etc.
9.Plan work roles, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
10.Set up the system of the produced performance report, inventory report and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.).
11.Prepare the annual Storage budget in order to support and suitable for operation.
12.Promote and support the employees to receive the quality system or productivity increasing learning for the benefit of work improvement and personnel development in the department.
