Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
•Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
•Oversee HRP, HRD, and HRM processes across all branches.
•Analyze organizational needs and formulate strategic workforce planning.
•Set HR department goals and monitor performance using KPIs.
2. Organization & Talent Development
•Design, implement, and oversee training and development programs.
•Foster a learning culture that supports employee and leadership development.
3. Labor Law Compliance & Standards
•Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
•Lead internal audits and policy enforcement in line with Thai labor law and international standards.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Welfare
•Review and manage compensation structures, employee welfare programs, and benefits.
•Benchmark HR practices and propose enhancements for employee satisfaction and retention.
5. Performance Management
•Establish KPIs for departments and individuals that align with corporate objectives.
•Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers on performance reviews.
6. Customer Service Personnel Management
•Manage and support HR needs for customer service teams located outside the factory area.
•Develop HR service standards tailored for offsite employees.
7. ISO & HSSE Compliance
•Ensure the HR system aligns with ISO 9001 standards.
•Collaborate with the HSSE team to promote safety, health, and environmental practices.
•Contribute to workplace safety planning and compliance.
8. Team Management & Culture
•Supervise and mentor a team of HR professionals (at least 3 per department).
•Promote a workplace culture of humility, politeness, collaboration, and adaptability.
•Serve as a role model of company values and professional conduct.
