รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage, supervise, and improve the tapioca procurement work as planned to deliver raw materials to the factory on time.
- Develop strategic sourcing plan for short and long terms business objectives and contingency plan for critical business circumstances.
- Evaluate the seller group. both farmers and supplier and manage by following a strategic plan.
- Actively seek out new farmers and suppliers’ opportunities to perform retailer expansion.
- Build and maintain relationship with farmers and suppliers to improve productivity and promote sustainability.
- Coordinate with farmer and agronomist to conduct the activities.
- Collect sourcing data for future analysis.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agro-Industrial Technology, Soil Science, or related field
- 5-10 year’s experiences in agricultural raw materials sourcing and management
- Passionate about being in the field to meet farmers and suppliers, empathy, team collaboration, good communication skills.
- Be active and flexible while working with can-do attitude.
- Able and willing to travel upcountry. (Northeast areas e.g. Udon Thani)
