รายละเอียดงานEnsure understanding and compliance with respect to human resource policies & procedures.
Under the direction of the HR Manager, coordinate various human resource programs.
Provide operational support in areas such as Employee Induction; Employee Agreements; Employee Relocation; Employee Transfer or position changes; Performance Management, Terminations, Employee Pre-employment medical tests and Employee Exit Interviews.
Execute company policies and actions within the framework of local law.
Perform leave & attendance management
Work with Finance to prepare monthly payroll and ensure that it is done accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate 1st Day of Hire documentation for new hires. Update and input all employee data in HR system. Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance are timely maintained with 100% accuracy.
Process purchase orders for the department
Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee
programs/events in compliance with department needs.
Coordinate policy/benefit administration in local office that includes leave administration, medical coverage and insurance coverage.
Coordinate termination/cessation of service documentation.
Ensure adherence to all personnel policies and company handbooks.
Manage the employee communications to ensure announcements, notices, polices, etc. are properly distributed throughout the office.
Act as local liaison/daily contact for various HR related vendors.

- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Manage & organize office operations; staff support/communication/coordination.
- Maintaining records and database.
- Coordinate and manage work permit and visa applications for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with local labor and immigration regulations.
- Coordinate with the relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and regularly update the line manager on new rules and regulations. Assist in ad hoc project and other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in human resources functions
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills required
- Strong English & Chinese communication skills (verbal & written).
- Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge on HR policies and practices
- Knowledge of local governmental policy, regulations and labor laws
- Resourceful, results focused and detail-oriented
- Analytical and computer literate
- Familiarity with local procedures for various types of visas and work permits (including Thailand and SEA)
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative in a solo working environment.
