Job responsibility:
•Responsible for repair, maintenance, installation and training of machines
•Resolve high level technical machine and operational problems for customers by inspection and diagnosis of machine, spare parts identification and recommendations to customers
•Input detailed records of service and repair into company information systems, including technical problems, action taken and spare part used to correct problems
•Report discrepancies, unresolved or recurrent problems to the service manager
•Maintain communication with customers, In-House technician, planner, spare part team and other departments in a professional manners and within the agreed timeline
•Escalate technical problems in a timely manner
•Report discrepancies, unresolved case to Service Operation Manager
•Stay up to date with new product introductions
•Interface with other departments or subsidiaries necessary to obtain answer to technical problems
•Other projects or tasks as assigned by the Service Operation Manager
working on Monday to Friday: 8.30-17.30
