Key Responsibilities หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ 1.Plan and control blow molding production to meet targets and customer requirements. วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต 2.Manage and develop team members, assign tasks, and evaluate employee performance. บริหารจัดการทีมงานในแผนก 3.Supervise the maintenance and readiness of blow molding machines and coordinate with maintenance teams when needed ดูแลเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์การผลิต 4.Ensure that all finished products meet the quality standards and resolve quality issues. ควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้า 5.Enforce safety standards and promote safety awareness among employees. ดูแลความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่การผลิต 6.Monitor production costs, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement practices (Kaizen, Lean) ควบคุมต้นทุนและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
At least 5 years of experience in blow molding or injection molding production มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Blow Molding หรือ Injection Molding อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills ภาวะผู้นำและการบริหารทีม มีทักษะในการเป็นผู้นำ บริหารทีม และการแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
Good knowledge of blow molding machines and quality systems such as ISO, GMP, HACCP มีความรู้ด้านเทคนิคและคุณภาพ เข้าใจในเครื่องจักรเป่าพลาสติก / ระบบคุณภาพ ISO, GMP, HACCP
5.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems ทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Excel, ERP ได้
6.Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills การสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
