• Network Infrastrcuture Monitoring and Support 24*7 shift rotation (Work 5 off 2)
• Configuraiton maintain various network and security deivce(e.g Cisco Palo-alto VPN QOS Dynamic Routing)
• Network troubleshooting and fault analysis by remote access based.
• Trouble ticket update info and response, Communicate with carrier / Vendor in hand (Case by case)
• Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis tools
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience 1-3 years , Age : 24-30 years old (Male or Female)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecom Engineering
- Be familiar with Cisco product, Load Balancer equipment, Firewall appliance, Support operation
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing and switching
- Have familiar with enterprise network and service monioring tool
- Good communication in English
- Good presentation & negotiation skills
- Good problem-solving & logical thinking
- Good initiative
- Communicate well and interact with others, maintain relationships and otherwise leave a positive impression on people
