รายละเอียดงาน
-Lead daily operations of oil Food lines, ensuring optimal efficiency, product quality, and output reliability
-Manage, develop, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and solve operational issues effectively
-Analyze and improve workflow processes to increase productivity and reduce production costs
-Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Team, Engineering, -Quality, and Warehouse teams to meet production goals
-Drive implementation of Lean Manufacturing, digital initiatives, and ERP/WMS integration
-Foster a high-performance work culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning
-Manage workplace safety by planning, controlling, and inspecting safety,operations, occupational health, and working environment for employees.
-Set departmental and individual KPIs aligned with the company's KPIs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in FMCG or packaging operations
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Knowledge of packaging machinery, automation, and production technologies is a plus
