รายละเอียดงาน
•Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, and maintaining a smooth flow of materials to support production lines.
•Overseeing all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of raw materials, finished goods, and other materials.
•Implementing and enforcing warehouse procedures for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
•Optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency and storage capacity.
•Ensuring proper handling and storage of materials by controlling the storage locations and bins.
•Coordinating with production, planning, and transportation teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.
•Maintaining accurate inventory records through effective cycle counting and physical inventory reconciliation.
•Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
•Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, working closely with the planning team.
•Implementing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or other inventory rotation methods as required.
•Promoting and enforcing a strong 5s and safety culture within the warehouse, ensuring adherence to all company safety policies and local regulations.
•Conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any identified hazards promptly.
•Ensuring all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.
•Maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing goods and inventory movements
•Preparing regular reports on warehouse KPIs, operational issues, and improvement initiatives for management review.
•Ensuring all necessary documentation for shipments (e.g., Invoice, packing lists) is complete and accurate.
•Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's in supply chain management or related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience in Warehouse Leader role from manufacturing environment.
- Experience in warehouse operation process including receiving, supply to production and shipping process
- Ability to drive forklift.
- Able to work on Saturday.
