Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D projects from concept to launch
- Strong in both technical and commercial aspects, able to support sales team and expand customer base through R&D-driven solutions.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional R&D team
- Stay updated on FDA, EFSA, circular economy, and sustainability trends
- Explore and implement new food-packaging technologies
- Collaborate with sales, QA, production, and supply-chain teams
- Ensure projects meet technical, cost, and time targets
Skills & Traits:
- Excellent in English (speaking, writing, listening)
- Adaptable to market and tech changes
- Customer-centric mindset
- Open to new industry trends
- Strong collaborator and team player
- Able to inspire, mentor, and develop team members
Working Hours:
Mon–Sat, 08:00–18:00 (off every other Saturday) / Onsite
Company: Star Union Packaging (Joint venture of Thai Union Group & Starflex PCL)
Location: Sinsakorn Industrial Estate, Samut Sakhon
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Masters in Life, Food, Chemical, Material Sciences, or Business Management (R&D focus)
- 8–10 years in R&D roles
- Knowledge of food-packaging at primary, secondary, tertiary levels (advantage)
