Main Responsibilities
As a Reservation Tour Assistant, you will perform the following tasks under the supervision of the Manager:
•Assist in preparing documents for Private Transportation, especially additional services and outings for international schools (e.g., job orders for drivers, invoices, welcome boards, accounting vouchers, etc.).
•Follow up on contracts, allotments, and hotel bookings.
•Support in handling inquiries from agents and customers related to sales and services.
•Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers via email and telephone.
•Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Nationality : Thai only
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and commonly used applications
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic English proficiency (elementary level or above)
