1.Able to lead small to medium offshore structural EPC project (both green field/brown Field) and responsible for specifications, planning, scheduling, technical execution, budget and quantity control, material requisitions, manpower planning and progress reporting. 2.Performs a variety of structural engineering work for offshore oil and gas projects, including conceptual studies, FEED, estimates, and Detailed Engineering including Construction Drawings, Structural Analysis & Reports, with due consideration for applicable codes & standards maintain the required technical quality of work. 3.Preparing specification & structural design criteria applicable for offshore loading conditions including empty, operating, test, dynamic, fatigue, wind, seismic, blast, lifting, transportation & etc. 4.Responsible for designing complex deliverables such as spectral fatigue, seismic, engineer vibration, collapse/pushover analysis, boat impact, etc. 5.Participate in Hazop and safety review meetings, attend project review & 3D model review meetings as required Interface with all disciplines to develop a clash free design. 6.Review of MTO and Material Requisitions including vendor documentation review & technical evaluation. 7.Technical reviews of engineering consultant output where the work is subcontracted. 8.Mentor young engineers by participate in providing training courses to developing engineers. Able to go for offshore site survey as required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Master's Degree in Structural Offshore Engineering is preferred.
Minimum 10 years experience in offshore structural analyses & designs within the Oil and Gas industry, Engineering company, EPCI contractor.
Experience as Lead or Sub-lead for Basic Engineering/Detailed Engineering design at least two projects.
Experience in designs & analyses for jacket and topside on the Pre-service analyses (e.g. loadout/skidding, transport, lift/launch, floatation & upending, on-bottom stability, pile driveability) & In-service analyses (e.g. In-place, fatigue, seismic, pushover, ship impact).
Experience in both offshore green and brown field works.
Experience with structural 3D model review software e.g. Navisworks Freedom & TEKLA.
Experience with offshore structural design codes & standards i.e. API, AISC, EUROCODE, ISO and DNVGL.
Experience with installation engineering designs e.g. Grillage & sea-fastening design, rigging design, Spreader bar calculations, Lifting Lugs or trunnion Calculation & etc.
Registered as a Civil Professional Engineer (PE) under Engineering Institution of Thailand with Associate Engineer License. Professional Engineer License is preferred.
Strong management, communication skill and interpersonal skills to interface with multiple engineering disciplines, clients and project team. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
