Senior Scaffolding Supervisor

รายละเอียดงาน
Oversee day-to-day scaffolding operations including erection, dismantling, modification, and material control
Supervise Supervisors, Foremen, Scaffolders, Forklift Operators, Crane Truck Operators
Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and scheduling requirements
Monitor and enforce work procedures and standards
Plan and control manpower to meet operational needs
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to prioritize work
Ensure proper use of permits (PTW) and job safety analysis (JSA)
Submit daily and weekly progress reports
Track and report damaged scaffolding materials, and coordinate repairs or disposal
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 8 years of scaffolding experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding practices, working at height, and rescue procedures
- Basic computer literacy for material tracking
- Good health, energetic, with a positive attitude and strong safety mindset
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willingness to work the regular working hours: Mon to Fri from 07:30 to 17:00, and Sat from 07:30 to 12:00
