รายละเอียดงาน* Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies across all three business units, aligning with each brand’s unique goals and customer segments (B2C, B2B, and B2G) to drive growth and enhance competitive positioning.
* Conduct market research and customer analysis to define segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP), and create tailored marketing strategies using the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for each product/service.
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels, including digital marketing (social media, online advertising) and offline activities (sales promotions and events) to boost brand awareness and sales.
* Organize and manage event marketing activities such as product launches, promotional events, and trade shows. Ensure full coordination including booth design, promotional materials, pre/post-event communications, and customer engagement.
* Manage marketing budgets and performance tracking. Optimize spend to maximize ROI, monitor campaign costs, and use marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies based on data insights.
* Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, customer service) and external stakeholders (partners, agencies, franchisors) to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and are executed effectively.
